Mark Wright (Operations Director)

With over 30 years' experience in the Construction and Industrial sector working for utility companies like Yorkshire water, SB Utilities and ETM.

Mark has a depth of knowledge in all aspects of construction including Mechanical and Civil engineering.

Experienced managing contracts form a simple design to complex M&E packages, from concept to completion, delivering the projects on time and in budget.

Mark has also run his own successful business setting up a Mechanical company, working on all aspects of clean water, Sewage treatment work, Mechanical and Electrical design and installations, added to that nearly 10 years' experience in designing and installing Chemical process plants for the country's largest independent manufacturer and distributor,.

Focused on specific client requirements and targets, experienced working with a small team or large teams but ensuring we still achieve the key objectives to suit the customer requirements.

Colin Gebbie (Contracts Director)

With over 30 years' experience in the construction industry working for the likes of Caddick Construction Ltd, Taylor Woodrow, Quarmby Construction, Carillion, Broadley Group and Veolia Ltd, Colin has an in depth knowledge of Civil Engineering, Building, Surveying, Engineering and Mechanical and Electrical systems.

With experience managing designers, bid management and front-end delivery, along with a wealth of experience delivering and completing projects for a broad range of clients.

Skilled in developing project strategies to successfully achieve varied business and project objectives. Heavily customer focused and experienced in delivery of multiple, sometimes complex projects through full lifecycle to agreed scheduled budgets and with fast-track situations to achieve project specific requirements, targets and client requirements.

Strong contract & project leadership skills in managing, developing and motivating large or small teams, multiple projects and to achieve key objectives, KPI's, and customer requirements.

Billy Marshall

Billy has a wide range of knowledge in construction, drainage and gas works, experience in the management of sites, health safety and quality, along with interacting with clients and customer satisfaction.

Billy has also experience with setting up systems to use helpful software for contractors such as Kaarbontech for companies like Balfour Beatty, and Central Hub for Northern Gas Network.

Billy is currently studying an HND in construction Management, this has a broad range of subjects such as BIM which helps the understanding of modern construction. Surveying and the setting out of works to start onsite. Also, the study of contracts management and understanding the procurement and the types of contracts carried out for different works.
